weak water pressure long warm time

the room had everything i need, and i thought the bed was comfy.

i have to say, the shower was such a let down, i expected more. the water pressure was weak, and it took forever to get warm, it made get ready a drag.

Acceptable but With Issues

poor service missing linens

The bedroom and bathroom were spacious enough and there was a kitchen plus a couch.

The staff did not make up the sofa bed in our room. There were no linens provided when we arrived late at night. When we called the reception, we were told that someone would come within a few minutes, but it took over ten minutes with only bed sheets. I found that the service was not good.

fantastic hotel near airport

amazing customer service easy bus clean room

the customer service was amazing, i really appreciate how clear the staff communicated. the welcome after a long flight really meant a lot. the hotel has easy access to terminal 5 using the bus. the pizza place next door provided great food also.

large refrigerator modern equipment

i loved this hotel and its convenient setup. my room included a kitchen with a dishwasher and a large refrigerator, perfect for storing snacks. i also enjoyed access to a well-equipped gym, i was happy to find it had modern equipment.

finding parking was a little difficult because of the limited spaces.

The staff was friendly upon arrival, which I suppose is the bare minimum.

The room phone kept routing calls to the hotel next door. That was REALLY unhelpful when I needed assistance with a heating issue.

decent stay near the airport

easy check in comfortable room 24-hour machine beverage machine missing linens sofa bed long wait extended wait

The check in was easy. the room was large and comfortable, that helped after a long flight. i was also happy to find a 24-hour hot beverage machine. That helped a lot, especially in the evening.

I was surprised to find that there were no linens for the sofa bed. i had to call reception, and it took more than 10 minutes for someone to bring bed sheets. there were no pillows or blankets at all. It wasn't great.
